The personal information held by the Company will be provided to third parties in the following cases.

(2) Cases based on the provisions of laws and regulations.
(3) Cases where it is necessary for protection of the life, safety or property of a person, and where it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned.

1) The real estate property information to be advertised will be the property type, location, price, transportation, area of land and building, floor plan, facilities, photographs, guide maps, etc., and will not include the name of any individual.
2) The information will be provided to the counterparty to a contract or to people who wish to buy or lease the property, directly through registration with the Real Estate Information Network System, the internet, real estate information magazines, flyers and other advertising media, or indirectly through other real estate companies (including cases where other real estate companies advertise with the consent of the Company).
3) If a contract is established, we will report the conclusion of the contract (contract date and price) promptly to the advertising media owner, etc., and stop the advertising. Contract information is aggregated, processed or analyzed by the Real Estate Information Network System and private advertising media owners, and used as materials for price assessment in other transactions.

6. Safety management measures for personal information

The Company manages the personal information it holds appropriately and carefully, and takes the necessary and appropriate safety management measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information as well as loss, falsification, leakage, etc. of personal information.

The Company may outsource the handling of the personal information it holds to an external contractor. In such cases, the Company will select a contractor that is taking sufficient measures for the protection of personal information, and will implement the necessary and appropriate supervision of the contractor.
